Roslyn brand, made in England in the 1950s. Charming demitasse trio with the most romantic little pink roses and tiny blue forget me nots. This pattern is called Moss Rose.
This cup and saucer are in excellent Vintage condition with no visible chips, cracks or crazing. Gold is bright and intact. The dessert plate has staining but no crazing, making it all the more interesting as a vintage item.
Please note antique and vintage pieces are considered used and while most of the pieces we sell probably never saw much tea, natural for their age, there may be imperfections or slight wear, which we will do our best to point out in the description and photos.
Gilding is generally hand painted and therefore not always uniform in consistency. Additionally age may discolor the gilding, giving it a richer patina. Many of our cups are well over 50 years old and this is to be expected with vintage items.
