Shipping Questions

Where do you ship?

We ship within Australia only. However our Etsy stores ship internationally to USA, Canada, UK and many more destinations, (excluding the European Union due to their complex regulations).

Do you have a physical store?

No, we don't operate a brick and mortar shop anymore, all sales are online from rural Victoria.

Can I get a GST invoice?

We are not charging GST at this point, but if the shipping documentation is lacking some of the details you need, contact us and we are happy to help.

How long does shipping take?

Your orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days. Untracked letters (cheapest option for shipping, might take slightly longer.) Upgrade options are available at the checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll usually receive a tracking number via email (except for some orders under $20.00). You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Do you offer free shipping?

Not currently but contact us if you think you are being charged too much for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your vintage or antique pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss return options.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us before returning any items. We'll provide you with return instructions and address. Items must be returned in their original condition.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Are these items vintage or new?

Our collection features authentic vintage and antique items, each with its own unique character and history. We sometimes offer vintage style new or handmade items.

How do I care for vintage linens?

We recommend gentle hand washing or delicate machine cycle with mild detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid harsh chemicals and high heat. In most cases avoid dishwasher and microwave use.

Can I see more photos of an item?

Each product listing includes multiple images. If you'd like additional photos or details about a specific piece, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Are you interested in buying estate lots from the public?

Australia is a huge country. We prefer to buy in bulk online or in areas that we can easily get to for inspections, and to save time, minimise transport/shipping cost so we can provide low prices on most products. Perhaps put your items online with asking prices (Facebook or eBay) and send us a link, so we can have a look unless you are in the Bass Coast shire in Victoria.
