A stunning dressing table set that was made cca 1930 -1970, then just stored in a nice home until recently but not used. These sets were traditionally created by women in Australia before, during or after the second world war for their "glory box" that contained mostly hand embroidered linen for their wedding and married life. The material is natural beige fabric, edging is crocheted cotton lace in off-white cotton.
The largest of the three is approximately 43 x 35 cm (17 x 14"). The two smaller pieces measure about 27 x 21 cm (11 x 8").
Condition: great, clean vintage with very few flaws as you can see from the photos, just came out of long term storage.
