COVID 19 Update April 2020

Our website and Etsy shop remains largely unaffected by the unfolding crisis. As romantiques.com.au is an online only business, it is pretty much business as usual, except maybe some shipping delays that are out of our control.

ALL OF THE ITEMS currently for sale on our sites have been acquired PRIOR to the COVID 19 outbreak and are stored safely in a suburban location in Melbourne, Australia.

Handling of the items is and always has been with the best hygiene practices. Shipping puts several days or even weeks between us packaging the parcel and buyers opening them. We only use Australia Post at the moment who also have measures in place for safe deliveries. As extra precaution, you can wait a few days before handling your parcel or open it.
