Ultra rare lace collectors item. Mid 1930s design. This pattern was published in Mary Card's New Book of Filet Crochet in 1936, and also appeared in English Chart No. 79 alongside the "Daffodil and Wood Pigeon Cloth" design. This design was also worked by Laura Ingalls Wilder (Little House on the Prairie Author) & is displayed in her museum at Mansfield, Missouri.
In excellent vintage (used) condition for its age. It was obviously treasured ever since it was made. Measuring approximately 48 (W) x 29 (H) cm/19 x 11.5". Made of slightly off-white, fine mercerised cotton. Shipping with tracking and insurance.
